1 IS DELIVERY ALSO POSSIBLE TO COUNTRIES OTHER THAN AUSTRIA, GERMANY OR ITALY?

Yes, for now we deliver to differnt countries mentioned here in our general information to shipping and delivery.

 

2 HOW CAN YOU ENABLE A SMOOTH AND FAST DELIVERY?

Here is some advice so your goods can be delivered without extra time or effort:

Most of all your address needs to be correct, also your name on your letterbox should be legible! If you have your order sent to your place of work, please give the name of the company as well as your own name, so the parcel can be assigned to the right person.
Especially when ordering skis or a bike, please give your telephone number. So in case the postman cannot deliver your order, you will be contacted via telephone to schedule a delivery date.
You can observe your parcel with your tracking number. You will receive your tracking number and the respective link with your shipping confirmation via e-mail. Additionally you can also find it in your user account in the "My Orders" section. Your tracking number shows you when your parcel will be delivered approximately. So you can organise the receipt of your goods.


3 ARE YOU HARDLY AT HOME?

Here is some advice so you can still receive your goods quickly and simply:

In case you are not at home during the day but do not want to pick up your parcel at the post office: Give us a delivery address of a place where someone can take delivery. Here is some advice: Have your order sent to your place of work or give us the name of a trustworthy neighbour who is informed about the delivery.
In case the postman still cannot reach anyone at the place given, the parcel will be deposited via the respective carrier. You will then find a notification of delivery in your letter box, including the address of the postal office as well as the time period of deposit. We ask you to pick up your order in this given time period (you'd best bring along the notification of delivery) or ask someone else to pick it up for you (with a letter of authorization!). Otherwise the parcel will be sent back to us.

You can collect your order after we have sent you the shipping confirmation. Please bring along the shipping confirmation as well as an ID card.

 

4 USE DEPOSITS SUCH AS POST24 OR YOUR LOCAL DHL PACKSTATION FOR DELIVERY TO AUSTRIA OR GERMANY

For further information, follow these links for shipping to Austria oder Germany. This service works only for parcels with a maximum size of 60 x 35 x 35 cm. Please note: If you use a credit card for your payment, your order cannot be sent to deposits like your local DHL Packstation or Post24.

 

5 OBSERVE YOUR PARCEL WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER

Your parcel is observed at all times on its route, so you also can track it. You can find your tracking number as well as the respective link in your shipping confirmation (via e-mail) and in the "My Orders" section in your user account. If you follow this tracking link you can see the whereabouts of your order and the expected date of delivery.


6 ARE YOU UNABLE TO TRACK YOUR ORDER?

It can take up to 36 hours before you can track your parcel. We kindly ask you to be patient. Please note: In case of an international shipping starting on Friday, you may have to wait until Monday evening before you can track your order with your tracking number.


7 HAVE YOU RECEIVED ONLY A PART OF YOUR ORDER?

We enlist the remaining products of your order on your invoice. They will be sent to you as soon as they are available. You will only have to pay shipping costs once for one order.

 

8 WERE THE GOODS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?

We can assure you that we shipped your order in excellent condition. Still, goods can be damaged during transportation in exceptional cases. If you notice the damage immediately, please accept the parcel under reserve. As soon as you accept the parcel without any comment, you are responsible for it. In case the product is damaged, please contact the carrier given on your parcel immediately or at least within 24 hours. Please also inform us at contact@sportokay.com, so we can observe the case and help you. In each case please keep all the original packaging and take pictures of the damaged outer and inner packaging as well as of the product itself.

 

9 IS YOUR PARCEL MISSING?

We are sure you have checked everything, but here is some advice:

Please check your delivery address in your user account. In case you are not a registered customer, please check the delivery address in your order confirmation.
Sometimes the notification of delivery gets lost amidst other mail or advertising leaflets in your letter box.
You can track your parcel with your tracking number.

10 YOU WERE NOT AT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY AND NOW THE PARCEL IS NOT AT THE POSTAL OFFICE ANYMORE?

We are sorry! Your parcel is on its way back to us! We will contact you as soon as it arrives here, then we will ask you for an alternative delivery address. Please consider also our advice in "3 ARE YOU HARDLY AT HOME?".
