1 ARE YOU SEARCHING FOR THE CVC CODE?

When paying with your credit card, you will be asked to enter the CVC code. You can find this 3 digit code on the back of yor credit card, next to the signature area.

 

2 THE PAYMENT TRANSACTION WITH CREDIT CARD WAS CANCELLED.

Usually the payment transaction can only be cancelled when closing a browser window. In order to finalise your payment, you need to start the process anew. The order process is only complete when you are forwarded to the site "Thank you for ordering your new favourite products!". As a registered customer, you can then view the status of your order in your user account anytime.

 

3 THE PAYMENT TRANSACTION WITH PAYPAL OR SOFORT BANKING WAS CANCELLED.

If your order made with payment by Paypal or SOFORT Banking is cancelled and you are not forwarded to the confirmation page "Thank you for ordering your new favourite products!" your payment was not successful. In this case you need to place a new order.
