Comfort and functionality come together in this very unique material! The finest merino fibers in the liner are interwoven with the polyamide shell. This yields outstanding breathability even without a membrane, while the material’s tight weave ensures protection against wind and precipitation. The fine merino fibers provide perfect moisture and temperature regulation. The natural fibers wick up moisture, transporting them to the fiber cores and then outwards so that the surface stays dry and comfortable on the skin.

The (MI) BACUN PANTS are our all-rounders, suitable for almost any conditions the mountain may throw at you. They are cut a little higher at the back and have hook and loop fasteners for optimally adjusting the width. Two waist pockets and a special map pocket provide plenty of storage space. We have given the Bacun large ventilation zippers on the sides, especially for warm conditions and sweat-inducing climbs. To guarantee long-term enjoyment with your pants, the ankle cuffs are equipped with sturdy Cordura fabric to protect against sharp edges or jagged rocks. Thanks to the siliconized ankle cuffs, hook and loop fasteners and zipper width adjustment, the pants fit perfectly over your boots. And if that’s not enough, the Bacun is also equipped with removable gaiters (zipper) with hook and loop fastener for adjusting the width. Barbs also allow you to use the pants for Alpine climbing in summer.
