How it all started
Passion paired with quality awareness and a love of nature - these were the ingredients for the SCARPA success story. What began in 1938 as a small shoe manufacturer in Asolo, an idyllic mountain town in northern Italy, has developed over time into an internationally valued outdoor brand. Always in the tradition of the shoemakers from Asolo, who came together to manufacture the highest quality shoes far and wide.
SCARPA has gradually transferred the shoe know-how that it has acquired over decades to an ever wider range of products.
