3. PAYPAL

  • ATTENTION: Due to a new legal guideline called P2D2 you might get a message that PayPal will charge you after the purchase. This is not the case, unless you order with a foreign currency, or customs duties are due.
Through P2D2, the customer must authorize the full purchase amount with the payment provider directly at the time of purchase in order for the transaction to be allowed to proceed. For example, when paying with a foreign currency, or purchasing from non-EU countries / zones, and customs duties are subsequently incurred, these amounts could previously be collected after the purchase was completed. The directive is intended to create more transparency for the customer, which we also welcome. However, the technical implementation at PayPal still has the error that the message appears for all customer purchases from abroad. If you pay with EURO and have your package delivered to the EU, no fees are due!
Exception: Please note that there are also in the EU customs exclusion areas, such as the Canary Islands. It may happen that customs charges for the outbound and return shipment. These are to be paid by the recipient.
  • Easy and fast procedure: You can can easily finalise your payment, you only need your PayPal login data.
  • Buyer protection: In addition, PayPal ensures safe online shopping thanks to the buyer protection.
  • High data security: Your sensitive financial data are not forwarded to us, they are known only to PayPal.
