Shipping and delivery

We deliver our products to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

 

1 SHIPPING COSTS

The following shipping rate is charged per order:

  • Standard shipping (Excluding Ski & (E-)Bikes): EUR 6,95.
  • Ski shipping: EUR 14,95.
  • (E-)Bike shipping: EUR 79,95.

For information on shipping to Austria and Germany, please select your country of delivery!

Whenever we have special offers with free shipping we tell you more about them directly at the product detail page.

Please note: There are a few customs enclaves within the EU (e.g. Canary Islands). Therefore special charges can occur to the recipient of our parcels. Please be aware that these charges can also occur while sending back your parcel. We are not responsible for any customs delay, duties, customs fees or other taxes as determined by your country.

 

2 DELIVERY TIMES

At the product detail page, you may find information to availability as well as delivery time of each product. The latter depends on whether we have the product in stock or we need to reorder it from our supplier. This means that your parcel is delivered to you within the period given hereafter if it is

  • available for delivery immediately = the goods arrive at your place in Austria and Germany within 1-3 working days after the order
  • available for delivery immediately = the goods arrive at your place in all the other countries within 2-5 working days after the order

The total delivery time of your order depends on the product with the longest delivery time. If you prefer not to wait, we recommend you to add to one order all articles which have the same delivery time. Please note: For each order the respective shipping costs need to be paid.

 The delivery of bikes can in some cases take longer than the stated delivery time. We try to keep to the stated delivery time. If you are in a hurry, please contact us so that we can clarify any questions in advance.

 

3 SHIPPING

Shipping is conducted with the following carriers:

  • in Italy with SDA Express Courier of Poste Italiane Group; reshipment - liable to pay costs - can be organised via EUROSPEED.
  • in all the other countries with the respective local carrier.
  • Skis are shipped with Austrian Post and their international postal partners, DHL or GLS.
  • (E-)bikes are shipped with Austrian Post and their international postal partners or Fedex.

 

4 DELIVERY

Delivery is conducted with the carriers mentioned in "3 SHIPPING". In case you are not at home at the time of delivery, the parcel will be deposited via the respective carrier; you will then find a notification of delivery in your letter box, including the address of the postal office as well as the time period of deposit. We ask you to pick up your order in this given time period (you'd best bring along the notification of delivery) or ask someone else to pick it up for you (with a letter of authorization!). Otherwise the parcel will be sent back to us! Alternatively you can have your order also sent to deposits such as Post24 (in Austria) or a DHL Packstation (in Germany). This service works only for parcels with a maximum size of 60 x 35 x 35 cm. Please note: If you use a credit card for your payment, your order cannot be sent to deposits like your local DHL Packstation or Post24. If you order skis or a bike, we ask you to give your telephone number. So in case the postman cannot find you at home, you will be contacted to schedule a delivery date.

 

5 TRACKING OF YOUR ORDER

You can track the route of your parcel anytime with your tracking number. You will receive your tracking number and the respective link in your shipping confirmation via e-mail). Additionally you can also find it in your user account in the "My Orders" section.

 

6 COLLECT YOUR ORDER HERE IN INNSBRUCK

As an alternative to shipping, we also offer the collect option:

You can collect your order after we have sent you the shipping confirmation. Please bring along the order or shipping confirmation as well as an ID card.
