The item is beautifully crafted. Attention has been paid to the smallest details. Extremely comfortable to wear.

My problem was the size. The item was a bit too small, so I sent it back.
Then, unfortunately, the excitement began and the inadequate and not particularly competent customer service began.
I returned my order and also checked the tracking number. The package arrived as expected. Unfortunately, customer service sees things differently and so I now have to wait a long time for my money.
Product selection, price and shipping "great" - customer service "ugh". They're probably cutting corners here. It's a shame. But that's also what a good mail order company is all about. I can only recommend that any online shopper who orders several sizes to try out should have a LOT of patience. It can take a while.
There are plenty of other good shops and I will steer very far clear of Sport Okay in the future.

Conclusion: If you are absolutely sure about your order, you could get a good deal here. I hope for those people that they will not have to rely on customer service later.
Otherwise, unfortunately, I cannot make any recommendations and that is extremely rare.
