I bought the Sense Pro as a successor to my Salomon Mantra and wanted a shoe that could be used on both the road and off-road. Yes, you can run in the Sense Pro on the road, but it doesn't have enough cushioning. That's an advantage off-road. Good feel for the ground and really good grip. As always, a good fit, although I had to order a size larger than my Mantra from 2014.

Great shoe for off-road use! The sole material provides good grip, especially on rocks in wet weather conditions; the shoe provides enough support for the heels and still offers enough flexibility so that the foot can move freely and adapt to the conditions; the shoe's low weight is also comfortable for long runs; the shoe meets all my expectations of Salomon

The running shoes looked nice, but were too wide at the front for my narrow foot. Unfortunately, I had no support at all, so I had to send the item back. The size was correct, but the color was a bit paler than in the picture online.
