Bereits mein zweites Modell des Trango Cube GTX. Nutze den Schuh vornehmlich bei Hochtouren mit halbautomatischen Steigeisen von Simond. Perfekte Kombination, die sich auf zahlreichen kurzen bis einwöchigen Touren und Nordwänden sogar bis 45° Steigung tadellos bewährt hat. Aber auch im Zustieg oder auf kombinierten Gelände im Fels sehr angenehm. Reichen im Alpenraum für den großteil aller Touren vollkommen aus, da braucht man aus meiner Sicht eigentlich keine schweren Stiefel. Großes Plus, Schuhe sind absolut wasserdicht, Atmungsaktivität ist aber na ja.
Passform eher für schlankere Füße ausgelegt, wem Adidas oder Salomon Sportschuhe passen, sollte hier fündig werden.
Lediglich 4 statt 5 Punkte wegen der Haltbarkeit der Sohle an der Spitze (Climbing Zone). Viel zu schnell runtergelaufen, d.h. vorne fast runter und an der Ferse noch fast wie neu. Definitiv verbesserungswürdig! Aber wegen Passform, Gewicht und Stabilität gute 4 Punkte.
