The La Sportiva Helios 3 women's trail running shoe is a “door to trail” shoe for training and running on tough off-road terrain.
The shoe has a seamless, ultra-light and breathable upper, made from a combination of mono-bava protective mesh, rip-stop material, mesh sandwich and TPU reinforcements.
It is the technical and aesthetic evolution of the Helios II, its focus is still on lightness, breathability and comfort
