I have had many ropes in my hands, Mammut, Edelrid, Beal, but this version is the best so far. Double impregnation prevents wear and dirt.
I personally find a little less rope stretch (31%) than the average rope (about 38%) to be pleasant because you don't fall quite as far on the rock when you're 20m or higher.
What impressed me most was the handling. At 9.5mm, it runs smoothly through every belay device tested. It is not as "stiff" as some other ropes, but rather soft.
At 62g/m it has the same weight as my old 9.8mm rope without impregnation.

There are ropes with a diameter of 9.5mm that can reach 58g/m, but they often lack durability. So if you are very concerned about weight, there are lighter alternatives with more wear and tear.

My first choice would actually have been the BlackDiamond Dry 9.4, which is a bit lighter, if it hadn't been for the reviews about its lower durability.

On the durability of the EagleLite:
This rope is certified to withstand a strong 10(!) standard falls, which should have a positive effect on its durability, as others have already reported.

In my opinion, this rope is the best choice for sport climbing. I will use the 70m version mainly on rock. The combination of great handling, durability and the (relatively) thin diameter make it a very comfortable climbing rope. You can easily tell the difference to a cheaper rope, even if these also do their job reliably.
Would buy it again.
