Non ho ancora avuto modo di provarle su neve ma sono molto più leggere delle ciaspole in materiale termoplastico. Buono il sistema di allacciatura anche se forse più delicato e potrebbe risultare meno comodo su alcuni tipi di calzatura. Il profilo stretto mi sembra ottimo e anche la lunghezza da 21 pollici ideale per donna di media statura. Più facili da trasportare su zaino

Die Bindung ist im Handling einfach und sehr praktisch. Der Schneeschuh hat die tolle Leichtigkeit und den hervorragenden Grip des Lightning Ascent. Wer jedoch in alpines Gelände mit Querungen am Steilhang geht, dem wird etwas Stabilität in der Bindung fehlen. Die fehlende Bindung über dem Mittelfuss, sorgt für weniger Festigkeit auf dem Schneeschuh. Da ist de4 Ascent unschlagbar. Explore ist ein super Schneeschuh für durchschnittlich ambitionierte Schneeschuhgeher in weniger alpinen Gelände. Dafür sehr empfehlenswert!
