Es una bota bastante adecuada para moverse por montañas como Pirineos o Dolomitas de 2000-3000 m. Es bastante rígida para moverse por terrenos duros fuera de senderos, pero no es incomoda para senderismo. La suela es adecuada para ferratas alpinas , crestas, etc...con zona de escalada en la puntera y excelente adherencia gracias al compuesto vibram megagrip. Yo la cogí medio número más pequeña atendiendo más la numeración mondopoint que a la talla europea. Los dedos están libres, aunque por su diseño de bota de aproximación no es especialmente ancha (Si es más ancha y cómoda que Salewa, Garmont, Mamut...). Probada en una ferrata de corte alpino con zonas de III° y tramos fuera de sendero.

The shoes are very well made but also quite stiff. This makes a good fit crucial, which wasn't the case for me. I usually wear size 42.5 for comparable shoes from Salewa or Salomon, but this model was much too large in terms of length and width.

The laces are a bit difficult to pull through the fabric loops, but the shoe doesn't have hooks, which is something you have to like. Otherwise, the grip and rolling properties are very good.
