The jacket impresses with its excellent thermal insulation and well-thought-out details. I have already tried it out in various weather conditions while skiing (including minus 15 degrees and strong wind) and it keeps you warm, even with just a base layer. At temperatures around zero it is even a bit too warm for me. I have removed the removable down back insulation. There are two vents on each side, which are often used. There are also enough pockets to store essentials. The cut is rather slim and sporty, but without restricting freedom of movement. Dainese jackets are generally cut a bit smaller and it is often recommended to go a size larger. I normally wear size L (at 1.83 m and 87 kg) and ended up taking an L from the Lauberhorn and it fits better than an XL (an XL would also be OK but the sleeves were a bit too long). I would still recommend trying the jacket on beforehand (if possible). The only disadvantage is the relatively high price. However, it must be added that jackets of this quality from other manufacturers are also in this price range. Another tip for matching ski pants - the Dainese Rotegg.
